Getting customer ratings on your business profile

Getting customers to leave a positive rating on your member profis the single most important thing you can do to win more work.
Think of it as your online word of mouth. 

Why? 
  1. Customers don't know who you are when you reply to them and need some reassurance that you are the best person for the job.
  2. A rating from another customer solves this. The better your ratings, the more work you will win.
  3. Ratings are published on your member profile and featured on the Onlinetradesmen website - so ensuring your ratings are up to date will drive more direct referrals your way. 

So how do you get a customer Rating?
1. Ask the customer to leave a rating for you when the job is completed. Onlinetradesmen will have sent them the details by email but it's always worth reminding them. 
2. If they haven't left a rating within in 1 week, send them a reminder:
  1. Go to your Ratings dashboard 
  2. Scroll down to 'request a rating' and enter the job ID. 
  3. Click submit
That's it!  An email from Onlinetradesmen will be sent to your customer.   You can send up to 2 email reminders to a customer
