How to create a client

How to create a client

  1. Adding your customers/clients to the system is a great way to get started with any existing or new customers.

  2. Select ‘clients and suppliers’ in the left vertical menu

  3. Select “client” and click “new client”. Enter client/customer details in the boxes provided and click save.

  4. Select whether your client is a company on the top right-hand side.

  5. If unselected the system will treat the client as a private client/homeowner.

  6. Normally you can ignore the bank and tax details of a client unless they are a company. If they are a company leave the ‘Tax Subject’ field as selected (orange).

  7. Your client is now saved in a client list.
