Report A Job

Report A Job

We realise that sometimes invalid jobs get posted to our service and as a Trade user you should have the ability to report these to let us know and/or get a refund on credits.

Only jobs that fulfill the following criteria should be reported.

1. Not real job - no relevant info: This is where junk or rubbish was posted in the job description and contact details are invalid
2. Competitor looking for Tradesmen - This is where a recruiter or competitor has posted a job looking to hire trade pros.
3. Invalid phone number - Where a phone number is not valid and is not linked to the person who posted the job (note we will validate this also)
4. Something else.

Please note - You shouldn't report a job where someone didn't answer their phone when you called or hired someone else. These are elements that are out of our control and cannot be explored/refunded.

To report a job, click 'Bogus Job? Click to report job' underneath the job description.  Fill in all the details -- and include comments on why you are reporting it to support your claim, along with any request for a refund of bidding credits.
We will contact you with the result of our findings and decision on any refunds within 5 business days.
You can get the job id from the associated job page or use the 'Report job' link on the job details page to automatically fill it in on this form.
