Quick guide to setting up your Onlinetradesmen profile
We’ve kept the profile setup as simple and quick as we can so that you can have a professional-looking website up and running within 30 minutes without any knowledge of website design or technical ability.
To setup or edit your profile:
1. Login to your account
2. Click on 'Your Profile' from the top menu.
3. Click on the 'Create your profile' button
4. You'll be guided through a setup wizard to select a preferred design and colour, add text and photos.
Note: You can go back and change the design and colours if you change your mind.
The Setup Wizard will allow you to:
- Pick a template and colour
- Add some photos
- Add some text for the first page.
This page is important as it’s the first page a potential customer will see. The words on the page will also be picked up by Google, so when you’re writing some text about yourself, keep that in mind. Its your chance to sell yourself so include anything relevant, eg how many years experience you have,any special skills you have, the areas you cover…anything at all you can think of.
