How to create your services and pricing

Its a good idea to start off by adding the services and products that you offer - and the prices that you charge for them - into the system at the beginning where possible. This will save you a lot of time later on when creating quotes (estimates) and invoices.




  1. Click on ‘Items & Services’ on the lefthand menu

  2. Click ‘Sale’ 

  3. Click on the ‘New Item’ link on the top left. 

  4. In the drop down box enter the details of a service / product that you regulary sell. 

For example if you are plumber - your first item could be for a callout fee, the second your hourly rate. In this case your unit will be an ‘Hour’ and the fee your hourly rate. You will know what works for you.

  1. You can now add other services / products in this way and quickly insert them into estimates and invoices later.
