How to Use the Video Site Survey Tool

To use the Video Survey feature simply:
1.  Reply to a job:
Reply as normal to jobs of interest in your account.     Under any job description you can now also see the following text:
    "Has customer requested a Video Site Survey Call?" - Yes / No
    This will tell you whether the customer has agreed to a video survey functionality for this job.

2.  Submit your Bid:
After submitting your online reply to the customer, as normal you have the option to also be one of 3 members to get the customer's phone number by entering a bid on the system. This bid now also includes access to Video Surveys with the customer - so in addition to getting the customers phone number, if successful you can now also schedule a video survey.

3.Schedule the call:
Once you've been notified your bid was successful, login to your account and follow the instructions to schedule the video survey with the customer at a time that suits both parties.

4. Make the call:
When it's time for the video site survey, initiate the call in your Video Survey section of your account.
